Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Updated 2026-09-13
How a subscription ends, what the 14-day withdrawal right means and how refunds are handled for purchases made in the TallyWage web app once paid plans open. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights.
Who you buy from
Purchases are processed by our payment provider Paddle, which acts as merchant of record: Paddle is the seller named on your receipt, collects the payment and applies the taxes of your country. Card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and never reach TallyWage.
How will I cancel a subscription?
When web subscriptions open, use Settings → Subscription → View plans → Cancel subscription, or Manage subscription for the payment provider's customer portal. Cancel before the next payment date to stop the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; mandatory rights to an earlier end or refund remain available.
Deleting records, signing out or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage any subscription before deleting your account. For billing, cancellation, withdrawal or refund questions, contact shiftpay.info@gmail.com.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
When web subscriptions become available, you will be able to manage and cancel them in Settings → Subscription → View plans → Cancel subscription, or in the payment provider's customer portal via Manage subscription. Cancel before the next payment date to prevent that charge. Access normally continues until the paid period ends. Applicable rights to cancel sooner, including rights following an automatic renewal, take precedence. Canceling renewal and withdrawing from a contract are different rights.
EU consumers generally have 14 days from concluding an online service contract to withdraw. You can contact shiftpay.info@gmail.com with a clear statement identifying your purchase and your decision to withdraw. Any legally required online withdrawal and cancellation options will also be provided when purchases open. Statutory exceptions apply only if their legal conditions are met; accepting these terms or using the app alone does not waive a withdrawal right.
There is no blanket exclusion of refunds. Refunds required by withdrawal rights, defective-service remedies or other applicable law remain available. Where legally due, refunds are made within the statutory period using the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed. Uninstalling, signing out or deleting records does not cancel recurring billing; manage the subscription before deleting your account.
Refunds
To request a refund, email shiftpay.info@gmail.com from the address on your account with the purchase date and the plan. You will get an answer within a few working days. Where a refund is due, Paddle returns the amount to the original payment method and the paid features end when the refund is issued. You can also raise a request through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.
A refund is never refused on the basis of this page alone when the law entitles you to one: the withdrawal right, remedies for a defective service and remedies if the service stops being provided always remain available.
What does lifetime access include?
Lifetime access is planned as a single €29.99 launch payment, with no subscription renewal. The planned standard price after the launch offer is €50; this is a future price, not a claim about a previously charged price.
It covers the TallyWage service included in your purchase for as long as that service is provided. It does not promise that the service will exist forever or include every separate future product. Your statutory rights if the service is defective or discontinued remain unchanged.
